Our Store Policies
We want you to love our products just as much as we love designing and making them. However if you are dissatisfied with our product please contact us so we can attempt to make it right.
General Info:
- If a product you have received is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can arrange replacements to be sent out.
- Any concerns in regards to the items received need to be addressed prior to being worn or washed.
- All funds that are to be refunded will be returned to the same form of payment used and usually within several business days.
- If an order cannot be delivered to the address provided and is returned to us we will make every effort possible to contact you to correct the address.
Cancelling or modifying orders:
-Our shirts are custom made shirts that are printed shortly after your order is placed. Please contact us as soon as possible if an error has occurred during the ordering process.
-To modify or cancel an order, please contact us by clicking on the "Let's chat" button at the bottom of the page OR you can email support@inkyfusion.com with the following information: 1. Details of your order so we can look it up (order number, name of the person who placed the order, phone number or address) 2. Briefly explain what you're wanting changed or cancelled.
